A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE , FROM BOOKING TO REFUND

To exercise your right to cancel or request a refund, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement.

Please note that refunds for other services provided, such as tours, experiences, or bookings, are not automatically guaranteed. In such cases, you must contact us via e-mail, and each request will be carefully reviewed and assessed internally before any decision is made.

We will process approved refunds no later than 30 days from the date we confirm the refund request.

We will use the same method of payment that you used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.

For items to be eligible for a refund like the travel guides, please ensure that they were purchased within the last 10 days.
